Since our last post...the manufacturing equipment has been installed, we have built the first 2 molds (penny boards and a long board) and we have started pressing the first batch of boards (8 penny boards and 1 long board).
I know this is a short video...but we wanted to document the pressing of our very first set of boards in our new location. This first batch was 8 penny-boards. We also pressed a long board too. It's fairly time-consuming right now, since we are building the molds, ripping the vereer, pressing boards, shaping, etc...and trying new procedures, to see what works the best. It's a learning process...but all that matters is that we're getting better every day.
