How do I add a new question?
To add a new question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button.
What is Bushido Customs's return policy...?
Bushido Customs aims to deliver high quality custom board products to all of our online customers. Committed to customer satisfaction we aim to ensure all areas of the online store are hassle free with no risk. If you’d like to return an item, Bushido Customs will assess a return request via email within 30 days from purchase.

From there a Customer Care representative will contact you with the return authorization. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees (including any fees with international shipments). Please make sure to contact our Customer Service team prior to shipping back any items.All items must be in brand new condition (unused, unridden) to be eligible for a return. If an item is received back to our warehouse and is deemed to be used, we will notify you via email and return the goods back to you.
Can I insert a video in my FAQ?
Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease:
Enter App Settings
Click the "Manage Questions" button
Click on the question you would like to attach a video to
When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL
That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box
How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?
The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
